Fourthline, a leading company in the field of digital identity verification, is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Training Manager to join our team.
As the Training Manager you will be dedicated to support the Operations Team, you will be responsible for leading a team of existing Training Specialists and overseeing the design, implementation, and coordination of training programs for our operations staff.
Your leadership abilities, expertise in training methodologies, and strong organizational skills will be crucial in developing and managing effective training initiatives to support the continuous growth and success of our operations team.
Responsibilities:
Team Leadership and Development:
- Lead and manage a team of Training Specialists, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure their professional growth and development
- Collaborate with team members to set performance objectives, establish training priorities, and manage work assignments effectively
- Foster a positive team culture, encouraging knowledge sharing, collaboration, and continuous improvement
Training Program Strategy and Design:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive training strategy for the operations team, aligned with business goals and objectives
- Identify training needs and conduct assessments to determine skill gaps and areas of improvement
Training Delivery and Coordination:
- Oversee the delivery of training programs, ensuring they are conducted efficiently and effectively
- Coordinate training planning, including scheduling, venue selection, and resource allocation
- Facilitate training sessions for new hires and ongoing training for existing team members, using various methods such as classroom sessions, virtual training, workshops, and onthejob training
Training Evaluation and Improvement:
- Establish metrics and evaluation methods to assess the effectiveness of training programs
- Gather feedback from trainees and stakeholders to continuously improve training materials and delivery methods
- Analyze training evaluation data to identify trends, make datadriven decisions, and implement enhancements to training programs
Collaboration and Communication:
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including HR, Knowledge Management, Operations, and Quality Assurance, to ensure training programs align with overall organizational goals and standards
- Partner with stakeholders to gather and incorporate feedback, ensure training materials meet regulatory requirements, and reflect industry best practices
- Maintain open communication channels with team members, management, and stakeholders to keep them informed about training initiatives, progress, and outcomes
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, Human Resources, Training & Development, or a related field. Relevant certifications are a plus
- More than 3 years of proven experience as a Training Manager or similar role, with experience leading a team of training specialists focused on delivering service and/or operations teams
- Strong knowledge of training methodologies, instructional design principles, and adult learning theories
- Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members
- Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver training programs for diverse audiences, utilizing various delivery methods
- Proficiency in training software and learning management systems (LMS)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple training projects simultaneously
- Analytical mindset, with the ability to assess training effectiveness and make datadriven decisions
- Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively across different departments and levels of the organization
- Experience in the financial or technology industry is a plus
