    Job Requirements:
    Good verbal and written English communication skillsAt least 1-year experience in customer care center; travel industry experience, preferredHas passion for helping and supporting others and gains sense of fulfilment from saving someones dayAble to work in shifts (morning, day, afternoon, and night), as well as during weekends and public holidaysGood computer skills and knowledge of MS Office toolsPositive and forward-thinking attitude; diligent and results-oriented
