    About the role

    We design, build and operate hybrid and private 4G and 5G networks for customers in the most complex, dispersed and hard-to-manage places. ​Our dynamic private networks meet the needs of all-size organisations across multiple industries.

    The Solution Manager is responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and management of Private Networks (PN) as-a-Service (PN aaS) solutions for Private Networks Europe. This role entails developing and managing highly differentiating PN aaS solutions to meet customer requirements while driving revenue growth and maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.

    What you'll be doing

    Reporting to the Head of Solution & Marketing you will develop, implement, and manage Private Networks aaS solutions; make comprehensive market research, define value proposition, competitive positioning, solution specifications, pricing tools, ensuring alignment with company goals and market opportunities.

    You will be conducting extensive market research to understand competitive offering, customer needs, pain points, and trends in order to develop PN aaS solution where you will then define value proposition, competitive differentiation and pricing strategy and develop the pricing tools that addresses real customer needs and pains. Using your collaboration skills, you will work with the Product & Technology and Operations teams to design and to help them develop the technical and operational aspects of the PN aaS offering and work closely with the marketing team to develop sales enablement tools, deliver training and generate awareness and leads for PN aaS solutions and to support the market launch.

    Day to day you will also:

  • Manage the PN aaS solution lifecycle, from ideation and development through to launch, growth, and eventual retirement.
  • Collaborate with Product & Technology and Operations teams to develop solutions, and identify key services, features and enhancements.Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, evaluate competition, and understand customer needs, to guide strategy.
  • Design and implement pricing models to maximize profitability while remaining competitive.
  • Provide training and tools for the pre-sales and sales teams to ensure successful market launch and to enable sales.
  • Support sales and marketing efforts to drive adoption and revenue growth for PN aaS solutions.
  • This role is a perfect fit for candidates, with proven experience and specialist knowledge in market research, developing pricing models, and managing products. This role does require technical pre-sales speciality.

    Success in this role would be seeing revenue growth and profit growth in the as a solution product line, improving our time to market and an increase in customer satisfaction ratings and retention rates.

    You will need to navigate evolving customer needs and market dynamics as well as ensuring effective communication and alignment across cross-functional teams.

  • Proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably in telecommunications, or related technology sectors
  • Proven experience in pricing strategy, financial modelling, and profitability analysis
  • Strong understanding of Mobile Private Networks or related technology products, market dynamics, and competitive landscape
  • Have a strategic mindset but you're comfortable doing a blend of operational and strategic activities
  • Have a strong customer-centric mindset
  • Must be fluent in English
