Patient Solution Manager Bio-dermatology

LEO Pharma has embarked on an ambitious journey to become a leader in medical dermatology, improving the lives of people around the world; in this context we pioneer innovation in dermatology, being able to sustain that we are the only company covering the full spectrum of severity in important diseases like Psoriasis and Atopic Dermatitis.

Within the Bio Dermatology Unit, we are searching for a Patient Solutions Manager, Psoriasis that will be responsible for the management of our key product Kyntheum (brodalumab), leading the marketing strategy and the cross functional projects to ensure healthy growth in a very competitive market.


As Patient Solutions Manager, Bio-dermatology, Psoriasis, your role will be:

  • Actively participation and contribution for the Business Unit Bio dermatology Strategy. Market knowledge including sales and competitors will be key to find opportunities to help achieve the Business Plan and Marketing Plan
  • Implement the Psoriasis Brand Building Blueprint Plan for Iberia, following the necessary KPIs and establishing mitigation actions for any deviations in execution or performance
  • Propose patient and customer centric strategies that may enhance product uptake and market share growth.
  • Lead the crossfunctional Brand Team (Patient Insights, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Regulatory ) to maximize synergies, collaboration and execution, making sure there is ONE plan for the brand in Iberia
  • Establish a trustworthy and close relationship with the key account managers team that allows fruitful collaboration and idea generation for growth
  • Ensure a high level of customer interaction with a strong presence in the field, being a privileged contact to our KOL network
  • International representation of Iberia in Marketing and Strategy forums concerning the brand/therapeutic area

Your qualifications:


  • To succeed in this role, the following qualifications are expected:
  • University Degree (Health Science/Business Degree preferably)
  • Desirable Master MBA, Marketing or similar
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • Demonstrable experience in Marketing within the Pharma Industry in ethical products, preferably in highly competitive environment (at least 3 years)
  • Knowledge of the Dermatology area will be a distinctive factor
  • Knowledge of Sales, Market access and Pharma economic principles
  • Abilities in digital marketing and digital campaigns
