SAP SOLUTION GOVERNANCE MANAGER
BARCELONA / REMOTE

We are collaborating with a multinational FMCG company who is currently involved in one of the most relevant Global ERP Transformation Project worldwide.

They are expanding their team with a new role, looking for top SAP professionals, who will have a key position in the organization.

Key Responsibilities

He/she has the following responsibilities:

  • Accountability and management of the ALM processes (e.g. Requirements, Change, Release, Testing, Cutover, Document Management)
  • Working with the SolMan Solution Lead, select, manage implementation, testing and validation of ALM tools used in the Core IT CoE processes
  • Define, implement and ensure execution of the Technical Change Management process to identify and escalate information, issues, risks and decision requests and cascade guidance, decisions, arbitrations and actions
  • Define, implement and maintain a change management backlog and release plan
  • Ensure Technical Change Management understanding and competency across the CoE. Prepare change management materials and conduct activities and communication to ensure adoption (e.g. changes, impacts, FAQs)
  • Control ITrelated projects within the organization, and ensure that they are aligned with the program's change management process and objectives
  • Continuously monitor and optimize change management process (including KPIs), communicate and report on program achievements and successes
  • Support best practices in developing documentation, training, and webinars
  • Work closely with stakeholders across the IT and BPO teams, to ensure that everyone is informed of upcoming technical changes and understands the impact of those changes
  • Manage / Oversee the Application Lifecycle Management solutions and processes to ensure the successful deployment of the IT programmes
  • Skills and Qualifications
  • Education: Relevant ITrelated academic background
  • Languages: Fluent in English.
  • Professional experience:
  • 5 years of relevant experience in defining and implementing an IT governance model with IT and business stakeholders
  • Experience in IT Change, Release and Test Management in large, global, multidomain IT transformation program
  • Experience in ownership of the technical tools and solutions (SAP Solution Manager / Cloud ALM, Signavio, Test Automation Tool).
  • Experience in largescale SAP global transformation projects

Travel Requirements

  • This role will likely require a 40%50% commute structure depending on project phases and requirements. Further details will be provided closer towards project commencement.
