  • We are collaborating with a multinational FMCG company who is currently involved in one of the most relevant Global ERP Transformation Project worldwide. They are expanding their team with a new role, looking for top SAP professionals, who will have a key position in the organization.
Key Responsibilities
The ALM Solutions Owner has the following responsibilities:

  • Lead the preparation for migration to Cloud ALM upon SAP Solution Manager end of life
  • Propose technical solutions and evolutions responding to the IT functional and technical requirements expressed by the ITBPs or Solution Owners
  • Track and report on technical platforms' Service Level Agreements compliance
  • Manage the backlog of evolutions related to the technical platforms with the IT Business Partners and Solution Owners in terms of priorities, against the capacities of the development team
  • Initiate and maintain data technical platforms documentation repository (functional and technical specifications, procedures, enduser guides and documentation etc.)
  • Manage the technical platforms evolution over time in terms of modernization, obsolescence and operations cost efficiency
  • Continuously improve data and technical platforms and identify opportunities from industry trends
  • Manage the team and the alignment of skills and capacity with the requirements
  • Tech platforms: Project Management solutions, documentation management, versioning, testing, performance benchmarks, deployment/release management, IT service management, business process management, operations and event management
Skills and Qualifications

  • Education: Relevant ITrelated academic background
  • Languages: Fluent in English
  • Professional experience:
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience specific to SAP Solution Manager and integrated technologies
  • Experience working in large IT organizations (global/multinational)
  • Experience in the consumer goods sector and knowledge of the core activities of companies operating in the sector
  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problemsolving environment

  • Ability to work in a global environment
  • Detailsoriented thinking
  • Travel Requirements
This role will likely require a 40%-50% commute structure depending on project phases and requirements. Further details will be provided closer towards project commencement.
