    PRINCIPALES FUNCIONES:
    Buscamos una persona para unirse al equipo de Operaciones (gestión de pedidos y logística) de nuestra tienda online, las principales funciones serían:

    • Procesamiento de pedidos
    • Revisión de albaranes de los pedidos de cross-docking y dropshipping.
    • Contacto con proveedores para la resolución de posibles incidencias.
    • Gestión de documentación de aduanas.
    • Revisión de devoluciones solicitadas por los clientes.
    . Gestión de recogidas de mercancía con mensajerías y cotización de envíos.
    . Apoyo al departamento de compras

    ¿Dónde estamos?
    Nuestras oficinas y almacén se encuentran en el Polígono Industrial de Alcobendas, (metro La Granja), en Madrid.

    ¿Qué horario tenemos?
    De lunes a viernes de 8h a 17h


    REQUISITOS:

    • Persona resolutiva con capacidad para tomar decisiones de forma ágil y resolver posibles incidencias.
    • Persona responsable, muy organizada, sociable y con ganas de aprender.
    • Acostumbrada a comprar por internet y a trabajar con Excel, Google Drive, programas de gestión (ERP).
    • Valoraremos experiencia previa en contacto con proveedores, clientes y gestión de pedidos.
