- You will oversee the instrument design team while providing 3rd level technical support to the Support Organization.
- You will collaborate with Product Managers, Support managers, and other cross-functional organizations to drive goals and define serviceability requirements for new product development.
- You will work collaboratively with the Support and other cross-functional Organizations for product and process improvements.
- In partnership with Product Managers and R&D, you will help develop and execute testing to obtain valuable insights for our product development process.
- You will collaborate with the support organization to identify areas for improvement and update current documentation and trainings.
- Previous experience in product development and/or third level technical support.
- Strong problem-solving skills, creativity, and willingness to think outside the box.
- Ability to manage and communicate with cross-functional teams effectively.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong aptitude for learning new technologies.
- Good negotiation, conflict management, and resolution skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as a team player.
