Hyperion Materials & Technologies is looking for a

Engineering Manager

The Engineer Manager is responsible for ensuring the design, optimization, improvement, and standardization of the technical processes of the different production lines.

The location of this position is in Martorelles Hyperion site.

Job Summary

The main responsibilities for the position will include:

Develops and installs systems to ensure that production is within specifications.
Responsible of feasibility and industrialization processes.
Plans, controls, and improves efficiency, through capacity increases, cost reduction, automation, waste reduction, quality improvement, flows,...
Manages projects oriented/ related to Industry 4.0
Manages the investment plan and its implementation (together with its budget), negotiating, if necessary, with suppliers of machinery, facilities and others.
Manage the Technical and tooling department.
Participates in the integration of all the company's collaborators in the continuous improvement.
Prepares specifications and technical manuals of the production processes.
Collaborates in research projects, manufacturing of prototypes and samples.

Your profile

Technical or Higher Engineering (mechanical, electrical...)
Minimum 5 years of experience in similar position in an industrial company, preferably automotive.
High level of English.
PC software skilled user
Specialized knowledge in production line development
Used to Core tools ((FMEA, SPC, APGP, PPAP, MSA)
Ability to work flexible schedules/extended hours
Ability to travel globally up to 15% of the time.
