Mission


We are looking for a person like Business Development Engineer to join a team of a Multinational Leader in the Logistics Sector.

In a location near the Baix Llobregat.

This opportunity will allow you to be part of a dynamic and stable team, where you will be responsible for driving our logistics software solutions in the Spanish market.

You will be primarily responsible for understanding our customers' needs, designing innovative solutions based on cutting-edge technology and strategically leading the sales process nationally and internationally

Functions_

  • Analyze and understand customers' logístical needs and issues
  • Design logistics solutions based on industry 4.0 to optimize customers' supply chain by digitizing and/or automating their operations
  • Conduct market leading warehouse management system (WMS) advisory sales
  • Manage and lead business opportunities at national and international level, from the first contact to the negotiation and conclusion of agreements, being responsible for the strategic execution of the Go-ToMarket
  • Prepare and defend commercial presentations and product demonstrations to customers
  • Manage commercial teams internationally
  • Foster contacts and relationships with current and future customers
  • Develop new businesses
  • Manage and capture Strategic Accounts and Partnerships
  • Participate in trade fairs and events
  • Work in teams with other departments such as Pre-Sale, Technical Office, Operations, etc.

Essential_

  • University Training in Engineering, preferably Industrial, Industrial Technologies or similar
  • High English: spoken and written
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in consultative sales, business development and/or logistics positions, Supply Chain or Operations
  • Experience with logistics software sales
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Driver's license
