    Descripción de la oferta:

    Nuestro Departamento de Software en la delegación de Cornellà de Llobregat, Barcelona, precisa incorporar un/a Business Development Engineer para que se responsabilice de las siguientes funciones:

    • Análisis y entendimiento de necesidades y problemáticas logísticas de clientes.
    • Diseño de soluciones logísticas basadas en Industria 4.0. para optimizar la Supply Chain de clientes a través de la Digitalización y/o automatización de sus operativas.
    • Venta consultiva de WMS (Warehouse Management System) líder en el mercado.
    • Gestión y liderazgo de oportunidades comerciales a nivel nacional e internacional, desde el primer contacto hasta la negociación y cierre de acuerdos. Responsable de la ejecución estratégica Go-To-Market.
    • Preparación y defensa de presentaciones comerciales y demostraciones del producto a clientes.
    • Gestión de equipos comerciales a nivel internacional.
    • Fomento de contactos y relaciones con clientes actuales y futuros.
    • Desarrollo de nuevos negocios.
    • Gestión y captación de Strategic Accounts y Partnerships.
    • Participación en ferias y eventos comerciales.
    • Trabajo en equipo con otros Departamentos (Pre-Venta, Oficina Técnica, Operaciones, etc.).
    • Plan de carrera con evolución y crecimiento constante a nivel nacional e internacional.

    Ofrecemos un plan de formación continua para convertirse en un experto en Logística, Supply Chain y Software de Gestión de Almacenes, así como en venta consultiva y negociación de grandes acuerdos.

    Requisitos mínimos:

    • Formación Universitaria en Ingeniería o equivalente. Preferiblemente Ingeniería Industrial o de Tecnologías Industriales.
    • No se requiere experiencia previa. Sin embargo, se valorará positivamente experiencia en venta consultiva, desarrollo de negocio y/o posiciones de logística, Supply Chain u Operaciones.
    • Buenas habilidades de presentación y comunicación.
    • Nivel de inglés alto hablado y escrito.
    • Participación en proyectos innovadores y de alto interés profesional con una de las empresas líderes en su sector.
    • Integración en equipos de alta cualificación.
