What your responsibilities will be:

You will oversee the instrument design team while providing 3rd level technical support to the Support Organization.
You will collaborate with Product Managers, Support managers, and other crossfunctional organizations to drive goals and define serviceability requirements for new product development.
You will work collaboratively with the Support and other crossfunctional Organizations for product and process improvements.
In partnership with Product Managers and R&D, you will help develop and execute testing to obtain valuable insights for our product development process.
You will collaborate with the support organization to identify areas for improvement and update current documentation and trainings.

Previous experience in product development and/or third level technical support.
Strong problemsolving skills, creativity, and willingness to think outside the box.
Ability to manage and communicate with crossfunctional teams effectively.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Strong aptitude for learning new technologies.
Good negotiation, conflict management, and resolution skills.
Ability to work both independently and as a team player.
