    Job description Buscamos un Técnico de Customer Service basado en Barcelona reportando al Customer Service Manager.

    Funciones Atención al Cliente:
    Interactuar con los clientes de manera proactiva y profesional para comprender sus necesidades y resolver sus consultas. Gestionar eficazmente las quejas y reclamaciones de los clientes, siguiendo los procedimientos establecidos para garantizar una resolución satisfactoria.


    Gestión de Pedidos:

    Procesar pedidos de clientes de manera precisa y oportuna, asegurando la disponibilidad de productos y coordinando la entrega según los plazos acordados.

    Asegurar la buena integración de los pedidos al operador logístico para asegurar su preparación y servicio.

    Mantener registros actualizados de pedidos y comunicarse regularmente con los clientes para proporcionar actualizaciones sobre el estado de sus pedidos.


    Coordinación Interna:

    Colaborar estrechamente con los departamentos de ventas, logística para garantizar una comunicación fluida y una respuesta eficiente a las necesidades de los clientes.

    Comunicar de manera efectiva cualquier problema o discrepancia en los pedidos para su pronta resolución y minimizar el impacto en la satisfacción del cliente.


    Requisitos:
    Experiencia previa en servicio al cliente en la industria farmacéutica o en sectores relacionados.

    Competencia en el uso de software de gestión de relaciones con el cliente (CRM) y en el uso de un ERP.

    Nivel medio-alto de Excel Habilidades para solucionar problemas Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita, con capacidad para transmitir información técnica de manera clara y comprensible.

    Orientación al cliente y capacidad para trabajar de manera efectiva en un entorno dinámico 2-4 años de experiencia en sector farmacéutico o de salud.

    No es necesario hablar inglés. Excelentes habilidades comunicativas e interpersonales. Orientación al cliente y empatía Capacidad de gestionar varias tareas a la vez y de Autocontrol. Autonomía para la toma de decisiones. Ser una persona dinámica Habilidad para resolver situaciones problemáticas.
