I have more than 25 years of experience as a PM/PMO in various sectors such as Insurance, Finance, Banking, Bancassurance and Publishing.

Digital and Web solutions (Mobile, Personalization, Web CMS, Content Management, Consumer Identity and Data).

Carry out market analysis as well as competitor studies with the objective to propose the appropriate products for the entity's business.

Ensure the profitability for the entity of the insurance products to be marketed, making special focus on the commercial development of those that provide greater profitability.

Search for new partners, negotiation of new agreements and renegotiation of currently existing rates.

Work transversally with other teams in the organization (especially Digital Business, IT, customer service, UX, etc.) to carry out the development and launch

of the product as well as its commercialization and subsequent impact analysis.

Analysis and improvement of internal and external processes (platforms) with the aim of improve productivity, sales and customer relations

Analysis of the current client portfolio with the aim of expanding our

knowledge of their behavior, needs, expectations and thus offer them

services that better adapt to what they are looking for, directly impacting their loyalty.
