- Tramitar en tiempo y forma los siniestros de:
o Siniestros RC Contractual KN; siniestros de transporte de mercancías y siniestros de otros ramos de
seguros no transporte.
o Recobros de siniestros. - Aumentar la productividad del producto KN Sure Spot y Flex.
- Mejorar la cuota de siniestralidad vía recobros.
- Siniestros:
o Gestionar de forma eficiente, rápida y proactiva los siniestros.
o Mantener informado al cliente del status del siniestro.
o Liquidación de siniestros.
o Recobros de siniestros..
o Informar al equipo comercial del status de los siniestros. - Seguros de transportes de mercancías
o Gestión de emisión de certificados de seguros.
o Negociación con las Aseguradoras pólizas "Open Cover".
o Emisión de pólizas, suplementos etc.
o Liquidación y facturación de primas. - Atención al cliente.
- Asumir y promover los programas de la compañía en materia de Compliance y de Confidencialidad de datos para todo lo concerniente a la posición.
- Estudios superiores relacionados de Derecho o relacionados.
- Experiencia profesional mínima de al menos dos años enla gestión y trámite de siniestros.
- Inglés fluido.
- Vocación por el área de la logística y la tramitación de seguros.
