- Participar en todos los proyectos de Talent Performance Management de Internacional, Nacional y Regional.
- Liderar el proceso anual de diálogo del empleado.
- Definir y llevar a cabo los programas de Desarrollo de Talento anuales.
- Diseñar y llevar a cabo ejercicios orientados a la mejora del liderazgo de los mandos de la organización.
- Elaborar los indicadores necesarios en la toma de decisiones respecto a los planes de desarrollo requeridos.
- Ser la persona referente en el ámbito de Talent Management España en la interrelación con el resto de países del grupo ALDI Nord.Los requisitos para encajar en la vacante son:
- Formación Universitaria en Relaciones Laborales, Psicología, ADE o similar.
- Al menos 3 años de experiencia previa en posiciones similares.
- Muy valorable experiencia previa en gestión y liderazgo de proyectos.
- Experiencia participando y liderando procesos de evaluación de desempeño, de desarrollo de personas, assessments de talento y performance management.
- Experiencia trabajando con modelos de competencias.
- Nivel de Excel y PPT medio.
- Nivel de Inglés mínimo C1.
- Buena capacidad de interlocución.
- Experiencia en gestión de proveedores externos.
