    Location: Barcelona, Spain

    Employment Type: Full-Time, Hybrid Model

    Salary Range: €80,000 - €100,000 per annum

    The Role: The Candidate will play a critical role in shaping and implementing the company's talent strategy. This position is responsible for leading all aspects of talent acquisition, workforce development, and organizational culture enhancement to foster engagement, performance, and growth.

    Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and executing innovative talent acquisition strategies that attract and retain top talent.
  • Leading talent management initiatives, including performance management, succession planning, and employee development programs.
  • Promoting a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
  • Collaborating with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business goals.
  • Analyzing and interpreting talent data to inform decision-making and forecast HR needs.
  • Ensuring compliance with all local employment laws and regulations.
  • Candidate Profile:
  • Demonstrable experience in a senior talent acquisition or HR leadership role, preferably within a fast-growing tech environment.
  • Strategic thinker capable of designing and implementing impactful talent programs.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and mentor a team.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Holds a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; a Master's or relevant professional certification is preferred.Offerings:
