As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will recruit top talent in a wide range of roles, predominantly in Finance and IT, for our Center of Excellence (CoE) in Barcelona and globally.

In addition, you will be responsible for support the Global Head of Talent Acquisition in establishing a recruitment metrics dashboard to measure effectiveness and enable data-driven decision-making.

This position is hybrid and is based in Barcelona, Spain. The role reports to the Global Head of Talent Acquisition and acts as their deputy.

Essential Job Responsibilities:

Manage daytoday recruitment activities mainly for our Center of Excellence (CoE) in Barcelona, Spain and support globally when required
Establish and monitor key recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to HR and senior management
Develop talent pools using a variety of sourcing channels, referrals and professional network
Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives in the hiring process
Cultivate strong relationships with internal stakeholders, vendor and industry networks
Provide backup for the Global Head of Talent Acquisition, as needed.

Skills, Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
Extensive recruitment experience mainly in Finance and IT
Demonstrated track record in monitoring key recruitment metrics
Strong knowledge and experience in Workday and Microsoft tools such as Microsoft Teams, Powerpoint, Word, Excel
Able to easily navigate through excel and analyse and present data in a compelling way
Demonstrated drive for results, detailed oriented and desire to continue learning and developing
Fluent in English and Spanish
