    $CHZis the native digital token for the Chiliz sports & entertainment ecosystem currently powering and the Chiliz Chain blockchain.

    a fan engagement and rewards app that allows fans to engage with their favourite teams and clubs through digital assets known as Fan Tokens.


    ROLE SUMMARY The Partnership Relationship function is part of the Socios Partner Management team and works to build strong relationships with our partners, driving education about their Fan Tokens and Web3 and blockchain based initiatives, while also delivering agreed marketing rights to provide utility.

    Owning the relationship with a portfolio of Partners, you are tasked with identifying opportunities to create value and utility for each Fan Token, and will become an expert of partner contracts.

    It starts with the best use of any contracted assets but you will create seasonal plans with your Partners that are not just about these assets.

    The Partnership Relationship team delivers these seasonal plans working collaboratively with the Socios Activation and Business Development functions, collectively contributing to the wider departmental objectives.

    Responsibilities Primary point of contact for the management of the relationships in your portfolioDefine and implement a structure for the relationship that drives efficient communications and delivery of projects.

    Build and maintain relationships with various stakeholders of your partnersManage the delivery of the contractual rightsIdentify opportunities with partners that will contribute to the partnership OKRsCreate a seasonal strategy submitting quarterly plans to the activation team, suggesting priorities.

    Work closely with the Partnership Activation function to deliver on agreed strategy, and Business Development function to establish new opportunities for the partnershipsTrack rights utilization, and make sure partnership information is always up to date within our asset management platform.

    Oversee the revenue reporting process.
    Support the senior leadership team with contract renewalsRequirements Fluency in English is a must with proficiency in Spanish.
    Experience in sports partnerships and/or sponsorship rights delivery is essential.
    Proven account management track record with key relationships and high-level clients.

    A strong understanding of sports sponsorship particularly in professional footballStrong commercial awareness, with the ability to identify and develop new revenue streams and utility for the Fan Tokens.

    Effective at managing multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
    Interest and understanding of Web3 and blockchain desirable.
    Excellent verbal and communication skills.
    Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of creativity, innovation, and excellence.

    Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment to tight deadlinesAble to balance autonomy and working as part of a team.

    Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail.
