Intro Paragraph:

ib vogt is looking for Relationship Manager & Market Coordinator, who can primarily support the Asset Management but also the Development, EPC and O&M teams on existing and upcoming Spanish renewable energy projects (mostly solar PV).

Your Job:

In this role, you will sit within ib vogt's Asset Management Team but will amongst others support the "Project Director" in overseeing and ensuring that important milestones and tasks required for a project's successful construction, commissioning and operation are achieved/performed.

Your job will start after the so-called "integration kick-off", which is, in principle, at the end of the development phase, and include ownership management
- and asset management-related tasks such as coordinating and supporting the EPC and AM Teams during construction and operation, oversee and manage all ownership decisions including external advisors on important tasks like accreditations or environmental measures or represent ib vogt / a project on all meetings for the shared common infrastructure, ensure a proper and on time response to what is needed and represent the project in the board, if applicable. A key aspect of the role is managing the various key internal and external relationships as the main point of contact with project stakeholders such as, e.g., landowners, councils, planning authorities, JV partners, subcontractors or grid operators. This position will require you to be involved with projects from the construction stage through to the operational phase, diversifying between technical, commercial, financial and operational topics.

Your profile:

Essentials:

Excellent written and verbal communications skills;
Strong organizational and time management skills;
At least 5 years of experience in renewable energy (development, EPC, asset and/or investment management)
Microsoft Office skills; and
Fluency in Spain and English.

Nice to have:

Legal, engineering, finance or business administration degree; or
Additional language skills.
