    Analyst, BI Product Solutions Management Summary of the role: As an Analyst, BI Product Solutions Management, you will collaborate with technical and business stakeholders from the world's leading hotel and car rental brands, delivering innovative product solutions that align with their strategic vision and tactical goals.

    In this role your main responsibilities will be to: (1) Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders in various teams from sales, technical, product and customer service to ensure not only the delivery of client solutions but the monitoring of on-going quality and consistency.

    (2) Provide consultative and delivery support for both new and existing BI solutions for enterprise customers, including data feed implementations and run database queries.
    (3) Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or escalations that arise during the project lifecycle, leveraging your technical expertise and communication skills.
    (4) Manage daily the Salesforce queue for customer service tickets; and monitor daily alerts to confirm data quality standards in solution delivery.
    (5) Use your technical knowledge to assist with analysis and resolution of bug fixes within both the product and the client specific product deployment.
    (6) Complete data analysis and quality research; set up, run and delivery customized reporting.

    About the ideal candidate:
    *Bachelor's degree in related field
    *Knowledge and experience preferable of the Hospitality industry, Amadeus and its solutions (Demand360+ and RevenueStrategy360+)
    *Proficiency in MS Office suite; knowledge of SQL preferred
    *Fluent in English
    *Right to work / valid work permit – this position is located in Barcelona or Madrid, Spain.
