I am an MBA graduate from ESADE business school, Barcelona, with a background in Electronics and Communications Engineering, complemented by extensive experience in Key Account Management and Project Management for B2B clientele.

As a key account manager, I have successfully delivered strategic solutions for 10+ large-scale organizations across various industries, fulfilling their telecom and connectivity needs.
By skillfully driving sales for an extensive portfolio of 15+ high-value enterprise products, generating $3Mn+ in revenue, I have consistently proven my ability to excel in the fast-paced and competitive business landscape. My strategic approach to sales and unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction have enabled me to achieve exceptional results and elevate the overall success of the organization.

In my stint as a Project Manager, I've led 20+ successful end-to-end projects for medium and large organizations. By aligning objectives with customer goals, coordinating between both internal and external teams, I ensured seamless project execution. My attention to details and empowering my team to collaborate and seek improvement directly translated to delivering projects on-time and within budget, earning the trust of satisfied clients.

During my MBA I have further gained diverse experience in 2 different major markets(MENA & EMEA) through key internships as a Senior Program Manager intern at Amazon and as a Strategy and Planning intern at HP. 

At Amazon I worked with various teams in a cross-functional setup to understand and address seller pain points across 3 MENA countries. I went on to develop a roadmap to prioritize and resolve seller issues through product and program solutions aimed at reducing seller touch-points by 19% .

At HP, I led a comprehensive overhaul of the communication strategy on the organizational level for the Customer Experience and Sales Operations, directly impacting 500+ HP employees. I further launched a Learning & Development dashboard, catalyzing a training strategy that elevated L&D efficiency for the organization.
