At Amazon I worked with various teams in a cross-functional setup to understand and address seller pain points across 3 MENA countries. I went on to develop a roadmap to prioritize and resolve seller issues through product and program solutions aimed at reducing seller touch-points by 19% .
At HP, I led a comprehensive overhaul of the communication strategy on the organizational level for the Customer Experience and Sales Operations, directly impacting 500+ HP employees. I further launched a Learning & Development dashboard, catalyzing a training strategy that elevated L&D efficiency for the organization.
