    Marketing Manager

    Datia, a fast-growing ESG data and solutions provider headquartered in Stockholm, is looking for a proactive and drivenMarketing Manager who wants to make a real differencein the financial sector.

    The Opportunity

    As our Marketing Manager, you will be part of a rapidly growing company and team. You will be the main driver of Datia's marketing motion, as well asparticipate in broaderstrategic and productdecisions.Some highlights of the opportunity:

    • Have a real impact on the world by supporting investors transitioning into sustainable finance

    • Collaborate in a multi-disciplinary environment, with the product, customer success, and sales teams
    • Work both on a strategic and operational level
    • Join a diverse team from different nationalities and backgrounds
    • Work closely with the Management team

    Your Work

    You will play a key role in Datia's expansionby building Datia's brandawareness, and reputation as a key data and software provider within sustainable finance.Your day-to-day responsibilities include:

    • Plan and execute all Datia'scontent production, including blog posts, social media posts, downloadable resources, and webinars
    • Manage the website's content andSEO

    • Manage paid and organicmarketing channels (e-mail, blog, LinkedIn, Google Ads, etc)
    • Collaborate with designers for website improvements and graphic production
    • Drive inbound lead generation
    • Contribute to the sales pipeline win rate and velocity, by enablingthe sales team with content to support the sales process("sales enablement")

    About you

    • You can workfairly independently and thrive with authority
    • Excellent writing and overall communicationskills
    • You are a confident public speaker and feel natural hosting events and webinars
    • Experience working in a CRM platform (HubSpot is a plus )
    • Basic knowledge ofgraphic design tools (Canva and Figma)
    • You are curious and constantly learning
    • You have an interest in ESG and/or Finance
    • You thrive in fast-moving environments (we move fast, we ship products fast, our team grows fast, and the number and size of customers we serve move fast)
    • You arecomfortable working in English as the primary language
    • Fluency in other Europeanlanguages is a plus
