Theyve developed a digital trading platform and a
white-label investment app tailored for banks, simplifying the process of launching innovative investing products swiftly and seamlessly.

Were in search of a results-driven
Sales Account Executive to join our clients global team remotely.

As the first sales hire, youll be at the forefront of driving new business and accelerating revenue growth for the company.

Collaborating closely with the Founder and C-suite, youll have the opportunity to shape the companys sales strategy from the ground up with the potential to evolve into a Head of Sales role.

  • Product or service: Whitelabel Light Trading/Investment App, Embedded Finance/Investment, Bond/Shares Issue, API
  • Company size: 15
  • Target market: B2B, Midmarket, SMB in APAC, MENA
  • ICP: Microfinance organization, Realty fund, Neo bank, Finance broker
  • Average deal size: €120,000 €300,000
  • Average sales cycle: 36 months

Responsibilities:


  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and quotas
  • KPIs (selfsourced leads): 1st month 1 demo; 3rd month 3 demos; 46 months 12 closed deals
  • Manage the full sales cycle from outreach to closing the deals
  • Collaborate with the team to understand clients needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Utilize CRM and sales tools to track sales performance, pipeline, and client information
  • Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and industry events to improve sales skills and knowledge
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts to the management team

Benefits:


  • Employment type: fulltime contract
  • Compensation: base €2,500 €3,000 per month + 7% uncapped commission

OTE (on-target earnings) €8,000 - €10,000 per month by Q3-Q

Minimum Qualifications: 2+ years in a full sales cycle role in Fintech SaaS Proven successful track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Knowledge of the Fintech industry, financial markets, and investments Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Results-driven and goal-oriented mindset Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently Comfortable working remotely and across different time zones

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience closing €200K ARR deals with Microfinance organizations, Realty funds, Neo-banks, Finance brokers in APAC and EMEA Startup experience Established connections, book of business
