Commercial Finance Manager, EMEA

Are you interested in a true business partnering finance role that helps Sales make optimal decisions by providing robust financial, commercial and analytical support? We are looking for you An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the dynamic Commercial Finance team within Expedia Partner Solutions (EPS).

As a finance business partner to the EMEA regional Sales team, you will support day to day commercial initiatives, significant financial projects and participate in business development initiatives.

In this team we work closely alongside the sales organization to drive improved partner and regional trading performance whilst ensuring full accountability at the marketing contribution level for the business.

What you'll do:

Support all commercial initiatives in the Region from a finance standpoint, from renegotiation of existing commercials to new business deal modelling
Own, develop and continuously improve tools to assess the value of partner level initiatives and their impact
Support the coordination of reporting, forecasting and target setting improvements in the region
Support the preparation of the annual plan and quarterly forecasting processes, including risk and opportunity analysis
Ensure delivery of weekly and monthly regional financial management information and highlevel commentary for distribution at Executive level
Work with the sales leadership to drive improvements in operational reporting, focused on delivering greater insights into business performance
Perform adhoc analysis to support regional commercial projects and initiatives as well as deepdives into specific topics to support the growth of the business

Who you are:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to interpret and present data in a visually compelling format to financial and nonfinance partners, under tight deadlines
Highly fluent in English
You can analyze data to tackle business problems and provide strong business insights
You can balance projects simultaneously, prioritize effectively and meet deadlines
You proactively identify areas of improvement and implement solutions
You cultivate highly collaborative relationships with key stakeholders and functions
Qualified accountant (ACA/CIMA preferred)
Proven commercial finance experience required in a fast paced, changing environment
