    Dealing Support - Junior FX position

    Ebury Madrid office - 4 days in the office, 1 day remote

    The position offers a great opportunity to work in a dynamic setting with a small yet dynamic team, providing valuable insights into FX trading.

    ROLE:

    In this role, you will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and assisting our dealer team, ensuring top-notch service delivery.

    Responsibilities:

    • Support the dealing team across various products, such as FX hedging and cash management.
    • Execute FX trades (SPOT, FWD, etc.) with multiple liquidity providers and different trading platforms, including Bloomberg.
    • Handle a high volume of requests from the dealing team via phone and email.
    • Develop a thorough understanding of processes across departments like Screening, Operations, Reconciliation, Compliance, and Treasury.
    • Establish and nurture strong relationships with the dealing team.

    Experience (essential and desired):

    • At least 1 year of experience in the FX industry is advantageous.
    • Interest and expertise in Financial markets.
    • Must be fluent in Spanish with a good command of English for an international work environment.
    • Degree-level education in economics, business studies, or finance is preferred, or relevant practical experience.
    • Solid grasp of mathematical concepts.

    • Ability to perform well under pressure with precision and efficiency.
    • Quick learner with strong attention to detail.
    • Positive, enthusiastic, and motivated approach.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including a professional phone etiquette.
