Stef Iberia - Data Analyst/Proyect Manager (sept. 2022 - present)

Analyst in the research department, responsible for the classification and generation of logistical and transport parameters of new commercial offerings for the company. Relevant tasks, among others:

- Bulk data analysis for transport and logistics tenders in PowerPivot and PowerBI.

- Creation and analysis of dashboards and KPIs in PowerBI for structured data presentation.

- Creation of QWERYs in IBM Cognos for business data extraction and further analysis.

Amazon Fullfilment Spain - Area Manager (april 2022 - sept. 2023)

Managing a team of up to 150 people of diverse backgrounds, delivering high-level results and working on various continuous improvement projects within the company's highly competitive framework in a fast-paced environment. Some of those improvement projects (all autonomous and proactive):

- Continuous quality and performance improvement system: large-scale data extraction and analysis program to detect performance drops or deterioration in process quality.

- Automated employee placement and rotation tool: program that, by means of various parameters, places and alerts each employee to his or her workstation, ensuring even rotations.

- Automated shift control tool: automated real-time productivity data extraction system for shift control all in one place.

- Automated End of Shift report: automatic system for the creation of the end-of-shift report, saving managers an average of 1 hour per day on each shift.

Sener, Ingeniería y Sistemas - Junior Engineer (sept. 2018 - april 2022)

Engineer in the Naval Engineering division (outfitting and P&ID/GA development). Some outstanding projects:

- MSC and CUNARD Cruise Ships for Fincantieri SpA. Project management tasks dealing directly with the final client

- Dual fuel tug (LNG and diesel) and barge for Panfido

- Nuclear icebreaker for Chinese government

- Automation of calculation procedures: Complete and autonomus realization of a calculation program (in Excel and Acces, using VBA and SQL) to automate all the department's calculation procedures. Completely autonomous project "from scratch" to a program currently used by the company and in the process of commercialization.
