    We are looking for

    To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in finance, economics, business administration or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in fund dealing, fund operations, fund administration or a similar role for alternative funds. More experience will be positively valued.
  • A good knowledge of the fund industry, fund structures, regulations and market practices in alternative investments.
  • A strong attention to detail, accuracy and efficiency.
  • A proactive, problem-solving and client-oriented attitude.
  • A fluent level of English, written and spoken. Fluent Spanish will be positively valued.

    • Your role in the team

    Allfunds has launched a Allfunds Alternative Solutions, a new division, to impulse the distribution of Alternative investments.

    Allfunds Alternative Solutions is creating a new team that will centralize all the activity related to this asset class.

    You will be responsible for:
  • Day to Day Operations:
  • Processing fund orders from clients and ensuring their timely and accurate execution.
  • Liaising with fund houses, distributors, custodians and other counterparties to resolve any issues or queries related to fund dealing.
  • Monitoring fund prices, market movements, corporate actions and other relevant information.
  • Maintaining and updating fund data and documentation in the internal systems and platforms.
  • Providing support and guidance to clients on the use of Allfunds' dealing services and tools.
  • Collaborating with other teams within Allfunds to ensure a high-quality service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Act as a link between Client Services and Allfunds Alternative Solutions division to understand clients' needs for Alternative Investments.
  • Participate in the design of new IT developments for Alternative Investments.
