- Gestión y reporte de auditorías de seguridad a los técnicos.
- Soporte al equipo para responder preguntas técnicas sobre nuestros sistemas, productos y alternativas de aplicación del sistema, controles, instalación, operación, mantenimiento junto con la resolución de problemas.
- Gestión de reportes de KPI diarios a nivel nacional.
- Experiencia en la gestión de clientes y gestión equipos de técnicos en el sector industrial, así como la gestión de plataformas como Oracle o SAP.
- Será necesario habilidades de comunicación fluidas tanto para el contacto dentro del equipo como externo a la empresa.
- Se requiere formación mínima de FP y se valorará el grado en ingeniería y master adicional.
- Necesaria disponibilidad para viajar de manera frecuente a nivel nacional.
- Se requiere conocimientos de inglés.

Estamos buscando un coordinador/a de servicio para unirse a nuestro equipo en Coslada
Funciones
Será responsable de la gestión de contratos, materiales y cualquier servicio requerido por el cliente, así como la búsqueda de mejoras en los procesos y nuevas oportunidades de crecimiento. Estará en contacto directo con los diversos equipos de servicio y comercial reportando directamente al responsable del departamento. Liderará los reportes BBS (Auditorias seguridad de técnicos), desplazándose a los clientes, distribuidores y áreas de trabajo de los técnicos de campo ubicados a nivel nacional para la resolución de conflictos, mejoras en procesos o cualquier otra cuestión en la que se le pueda requerir.

Job Summary
We are looking for a service coordinator to join in our office located in Coslada (Madrid).
Responsibilities
You will be responsible for the management of contracts, materials and any services required by the client, as well as the search for process improvements and new growth opportunities. You will be in direct contact with the various service and commercial teams, reporting directly to the head of the department. You will lead the BBS reports (Technician Safety Audits), traveling to clients, distributors and work areas of field technicians located nationwide for conflict resolution, process improvements or any other issue in which you may be required.
Basic Qualifications
Experience in managing clients and managing technical teams in the industrial sector, as well as managing platforms such as Oracle or SAP. Fluid communication skills will be necessary both for contact within the team and external to the company. Minimum vocational training is required and a degree in engineering and an additional master's degree will be valued. Necessary availability to travel frequently nationwide. Knowledge of English is required.
Key Competencies
Leadership of the coordination team and technical team. Client management and conflict resolution. Planning of services and management of technicians. Search for process improvements along with new business opportunities to increase the department's profitability. Management and reporting of security audits to technicians. Team support to answer technical questions regarding our systems, products and system application alternatives, controls, installation, operation, maintenance along with problem resolution. Management of daily KPI reports at the national level.
