About the role

Join our team as a Coordinator for site service activities in Southern Europe (Italy, Spain, Portugal).

In this role, your primary responsibility will be to coordinate the proposal work and order execution to ensure the smooth delivery of our site services.


You will play a crucial role in maintaining customer satisfaction by actively engaging with customers, Service Engineers, and Area Site Sales Managers on a daily basis.

Through effective communication and collaboration, you will ensure that our services are executed efficiently and meet the specific needs of our customers.


Your expertise in coordinating proposal work and order execution will contribute to the overall success of our site service activities in Southern Europe.

You will be (Your responsibilities):

  • Translating customer requirements into proposals, order acknowledgments, and invoices.
  • Acting as the Project Manager (PM) for Service Agreements, defining the scope of the service agreement, handling incidents with the technical Backoffice teams, and creating renewal offers when agreements expire.
  • Managing service cases within the organization, which involves planning and scheduling specialist staff, making travel arrangements, and coordinating the shipping of tools.
  • Monitoring project costs and time monthly, while also keeping in touch with clients and monitoring customer experience.
  • Building strong relationships with customers and colleagues, both externally and internally.
  • Demonstrating a commercial mindset and a strong focus on providing excellent service.
  • Contributing to uninvited sales by reporting observed client needs.

You have (Your qualifications):

  • 13 years of prior experience in estimating, issuing service proposals, creating Proposal Orders, and managing projects, including travel arrangements. You are proficient in translating customer requirements into proposals, Order acknowledgements, and invoices.
  • Previous experience in endtoend customer service coordination.
  • Possess a commercial mindset, with effective communication skills when interacting with external customers. You have a structured work approach, and sales experience, particularly in payment terms and delivery terms, is highly preferred.
  • Highly proficient in General Office Skills, with a specialization in administration/finance or a similar field. You have excellent English language skills, both spoken and written. Knowledge of French is a plus.
  • Excellent proficiency in MS Office, particularly Microsoft Excel.
  • Experienced in customer contact within a similar job function.
  • Committed to building strong relationships with customers and colleagues, both externally and internally.
  • Proactive in foreseeing and solving potential problems.
  • Possess a structured approach to tasks, enabling you to handle multiple cases simultaneously, often under time pressure.
  • Known among colleagues for your positive attitude and ability to deliver on time, even in a fastpaced environment.
  • Crosscultural understanding and effective communication with individuals of diverse nationalities and professional backgrounds.
