Job Description:


  • This is a Temp contract, 3 months.
  • You must have a good English level.
  • You are located in Madrid

Key Responsibilities
➛ Maintain accurate and up-to-date Salesforce Database

➛ Maintain compliance with policies and procedures

➛Drive improvements in the control and management of master data.

➛Conduct master data audits on existing and newly set up customers.

➛Provide support on Customer transactions and

➛ Analyze and report key performance indicator results for Customer Data, enhancement queue, benchmark results and identify improvement opportunities

➛ Assist with writing documentation as needed for customer database, policies, standards, controls and procedures and train accordingly

➛ Respond to internal customer inquiries regarding Masterdata, billing, transactions, and other topics related to account health.


Your Profile

  • Desirable experience in similar position
  • Proven experience in problem solving
  • Personal: Analytical, excellent listener, potential leader, relationship builder, team player, strategic thinker, excellent communicator, versatile
  • Technical: High level of knowledge in SAP, Salesforce, MS Excel mandatory. Good knowledge of the transactional model also valuable.
  • You speak Fluent English, a second language is a real plus.
