This role is responsible for a wide range of administrative tasks to support the
SP i-Dositecno Service Operation (although you will be part of a global service coordinator team and expected to work within that group).

This role is heavily reliant on excellent planning, IT, and communication skills.

Being a new position for this plant, you can help build a structure and create processes with the support of the already established global coordinator team.


Key tasks

  • Process and progress orders associated with equipment installation / commissioning, preventative and unscheduled repair and maintenance, and critical spare parts packages.
  • Maintain the Field service Master Schedule using FSM Scheduling software.
  • Creation, compilation, and completion of all Service Dept. related documentation tasks, prior to invoice.
  • Provide quotations for Service Dept. related activities.
  • Liaison with internal Sales, the customer, and distributors in relation to Service sales
  • Issue RMA numbers (Return Materials Authorisation) and associated documentation and communication with customer through to satisfactory outcome
  • Support technical enquiry tasking.
  • Triage and distribution of servicerelated requests to the correct team members for prompt resolution.
  • Manage and coordinate internal tasks with others Operation team members.
  • Assist management in ensuring performance goals are met.
  • Suggest and implement process improvements
  • Build and maintain business relationship with clients by providing prompt and accurate service.

Essential Experience

  • 5 years' experience of an administrative role in a manufacturing and technical service environment.
  • Experience of working in a technical environment with specific skills in planning, scheduling, and an awareness of technical sales.
  • Demonstrate great customer facing and organisational experience.
  • Ability to communicate at all levels.
Preferred Qualifications

  • Relevant qualification in General Administration or demonstrate a proven background and experience.
  • Business Degree
