    Bifrost Studios: Community Growth Manager

    Bifrost Studios is a key player in the startup studio ecosystem, embracing the new era of AI and productivity tools to efficiently validate and operate companies. We are firm believers in sustainable growth and profitability, emphasizing prudent investment strategies.

    At Bifrost Studios, community is at the core of our operations. We are now expanding our community to include entrepreneurs who are focused on building profitable companies, aiming to create a space for shared learnings, failures, ideas, and successes.

    Tasks

    • Craft a community strategy with a focus on value addition, member archetypes, growth tactics, and content plans.
    • Establish and manage community platforms such as a Discord and Slack channel, automated sign-up processes, and guidelines.
    • Recruit a minimum of 100 new members fitting our archetype within 3 months, and 500 members within 6 months.
    • Drive the continuous development of community content across various formats.

    Requirements

    • Demonstrated experience in building thriving communities in the business or startup industry.
    • Proficiency in growth strategies tailored for communities.
    • Strong project management skills.
    • Ability to engage with diverse stakeholders including talent, customers, partners, and investors.
