- Develop and manage key affiliate traffic channels relationships, focusing on growth (Affiliates and Ads Sale).
- Maintain, grow, and optimize the network of VOD (video-on-demand) deals and partners.
- Manage a portfolio of key partners, fostering professional relationships with new and existing ones.
- Analyze marketing and sales data to identify new market opportunities.
- Negotiate pay-outs and business models with partners, recording and communicating stats and reports internally and externally.
- Formulate and execute the affiliate operation strategy and action plan to achieve financial objectives.
- Maximize revenue generation opportunities through lead qualification and traffic monetization.
- Identify high-value optimization opportunities by monitoring trends and market conditions.
- Stay updated on client business and industry knowledge, attending digital marketing trade shows and conferences regularly.
- Conduct financial planning, cost analysis, and budget allocation based on strategic goals and objectives.
- Design and execute a testing and learning agenda for media buying and creatives.
- Manage a variety of advertisers and partner accounts.
- 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, and traffic monetization, promoting clients' products and services with third-party media companies.
- Strong business development and communication skills, with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets for ad hoc reports and advanced data analysis (xlookups, pivot tables).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for composing compelling proposals.
- Knowledge of advertising metrics (CPM, CPC, CPL, CPA, CTR, LTV conversion rates) and ad effectiveness measurements.
- Exceptional sales skills, including prospecting, cold calling, presenting, negotiating, and closing online advertising campaigns.
- Familiarity with Ad Serving platforms and technical aspects of digital marketing (APIs, endpoints, URLs, postbacks, tracking pixels, cookies, redirects, data analytics tools).
- Autonomous and strategic mindset. We are looking for someone proactive, that will fully own the monetization strategy of our brands.
- Proven experience in the Adult Industry.
- Previous experience in VOD partnerships.
- Proficiency in English as a native language (C2).
