A Global Training Manager with over 7 years sales and clinical training experience in medical technology.

During my time at Allurion and Allergan (AbbVie) I have designed, developed and implemented internal and external clinical, marketing and sales training programs aligned to commercial growth strategies. Most recently this includes -

• building and delivering blended learning programs for an organisation, growing over 100% YoY and exceeding targets by increasing the ROI of international HCP training academies from $6.7 to $10.9.
• implementing a new LMS and evaluating the effectiveness to accelerate and enhance the learning journey and support the ongoing development of sales teams and HCPs.
• collaborating across business functions to create training that was instrumental in influencing behavioural change and resulted in growing productivity up to 2.5x and exceeded annual sales target by 15%.
• full clinical and sales training cycle expertise including scoping, designing, delivering and measuring success and development of onboarding program and in field coaching across EMEA, AMS and APAC.
• instructional design and delivery of internal and external medical device and sales training across multiple functions including – commercial, marketing, leadership, HCPs, medical teams. 

A driving force within a Professional Education function with excellent conceptual thinking and problem-solving skills, I am passionate about training and exude energy, enthusiasm and creativity.

I have advanced presentation skills and am a dynamic speaker with extensive experience training large groups (100+) of sales teams and HCPs across EMEA, APAC and AMS.

I am a President’s Award Club Winner and have strong commercial acumen with a background in field sales and account development with track record of exceeding sales quotas and targets.
