A Global Training Manager with over 7 years sales and clinical training experience in medical technology.

During my time at Allurion and Allergan (AbbVie) I have designed, developed and implemented internal and external clinical, marketing and sales training programs aligned to commercial growth strategies. Most recently this includes -

building and delivering blended learning programs for an organisation, growing over 100% YoY and exceeding targets by increasing the ROI of international HCP training academies from $6.7 to $10.9.
implementing a new LMS and evaluating the effectiveness to accelerate and enhance the learning journey and support the ongoing development of sales teams and HCPs.
collaborating across business functions to create training that was instrumental in influencing behavioural change and resulted in growing productivity up to 2.5x and exceeded annual sales target by 15%.
full clinical and sales training cycle expertise including scoping, designing, delivering and measuring success and development of onboarding program and in field coaching across EMEA, AMS and APAC.
