YOUR IMPACT:

As a Growth Manager / Account Executive (M/F/d) at EQS, you have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our customers'

compliance management journey. You will play a pivotal role in helping them elevate their practices with our

cutting-edge software products.
Here's a sneak peek of how you will contribute:


  • Drive customer growth You will take ownership of your customer portfolio, focusing on increasing net revenue retention (NRR) through effective up-selling and cross-selling strategies.

Identify growth potential By thoroughly understanding your customers' needs, you will assess their growth potential and implement strategies to enhance annual recurring revenue (ARR).

Foster improvement Your efforts will be dedicated to driving automation and scalability. This involves leveraging targeted marketing campaigns, trials, in-app offers, and direct sales to optimize customer acquisition and retention.

Lead the sales cycle From preparing proposals to negotiating prices, renewing contracts, and closing deals, you will take charge of the entire sales cycle for your customers.

Data-driven insights Utilizing advanced data tracking and analysis, you will closely monitor customer data, product usage, contract information, and customer pulse to identify valuable business opportunities.

Customer success focus Developing a deep understanding of your customers' unique requirements, you will become their trusted advisor, ensuring a positive and personalized customer experience throughout their journey.

Collaborative approach You will work closely with service and implementation teams, as well as marketing, sales, and product development departments to enhance overall sales performance.


THIS IS YOU:

You're able to work closely with cross-functional teams, identify growth opportunities, and execute impactful initiatives.

To succeed in this role, you should:


  • Have a customer-centric approach. Your experience in Sales, Account Management, Relationship Management, or Customer Success, ideally within the SaaS/B2B industry, has equipped you with the skills to effectively engage with customers, understand their needs, and nurture relationships.

Possess a marketing and sales acumen. Exposure to Marketing, Sales Automation, and data-driven sales processes would be highly beneficial in this role, allowing you to drive strategic initiatives and optimize sales performance.

Bring strong communication skills. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills
