    The roleWe are looking for a high caliber Senior Growth Manager to develop and execute a broad range of initiatives to maximize the value of HelloFresh's new and existing customer base.

    This role is an excellent opportunity for someone who is a driven highly analytical person with strong problem solving and communication skills and who is excited to make an impact in one of the fastest-growing global food technology companies in the world launched in 202 in Spain.

    What you'll doTake ownership and drive multiple high impact growth projects, from customer acquisition to retention and reactivation initiatives, building on HelloFresh proven growth playbook and adapting it for the Spanish marketOversee Online Marketing (Paid Social, Influencers, Affiliates, SEM, SEO, Display, Video, Mobile), ATL, Referral and CRM, executed in collaboration with our Global Marketing teams Monitor budget allocation and channel performance to enable scaling in line with our local growth and profitability goalsTake a strategic and pragmatic approach to scaling and optimizing channels to meet conversions, CAC, ROI and budget goalsActively investigate and identify high potential opportunities to test (new channels, channel innovation) and take the lead on select, high-impact projects across teamsWork hand-in-hand with our Marketing Analyst to complete actionable analyses that drive transformative change within your channels and the wider marketing teamWhat you'll bringBachelor or Master's degree from a top-tier college or university, preferably in business, management, or a related field4-5 years relevant working experience in a Growth, Strategy or Business Development or similar role, ideally in high-growth scale-ups.
