    CT es una empresa líder en el sector de la integración e ingeniería de soluciones PLM para la transformación digital del sector industrial que ofrece soluciones y recursos para la gestión del ciclo de vida del producto, procesos, proyectos y activos, incluyendo la simulación y la gestión de datos.

    Desarrollamos nuestra actividad en distintos sectores (Ferroviario, Aeronáutico, Espacio, Defensa, Energía, Automoción e Industria).Actualmente estamos en la búsqueda de un/a Ingeniero/a de moldes y viabilidad que se ocupe de supervisar nuevos moldes, realizar estudios de viabilidad y estimar costes.

    Buscamos a alguien con experiencia y pasión por el diseño y desarrollo de herramientas innovadoras para la producción de piezas de plástico, que lidere los proyectos desde la concepción hasta la implementación, garantizando la eficiencia y la calidad en cada fase del proceso.

    Tus responsabilidades
    • Aplicar el "Early Management" para minimizar pérdidas y aprovechar nuestro conocimiento y lecciones aprendidas.
    • Coordinar la construcción de moldes y gestionar el cronograma para iniciar las ventas a tiempo.
    • Aportar valor añadido en nuevas herramientas para el grupo.
    • Mantener y actualizar la documentación de moldes y análisis de viabilidad.
    • Controlar los costes de herramientas por debajo del objetivo.
    • Participar en pruebas en nuestras instalaciones o las de los proveedores.
    • Integrar y compartir el conocimiento de otros departamentos e ingeniería.
    • Desarrollar y promover las actividades kaizen.
    • Rellenar la información de ingeniería en las solicitudes de ofertas y realizar análisis técnico y de riesgos.
    • Trabajar con los softwares de proyecto y operaciones según se requiera.

    Requisitos del puesto:

    • Grado en ingeniería.
    • Mínimo 5 años de experiencia en sector de la inyección de plástico.
    • Mínimo 3 años de experiencia en seguimiento de moldes.
    • Experiencia en CATIA V5; Moldex 3D / Moldflow a nivel avanzado.
    • Inglés C1 (Advanced).
    • Desplazaientos y viajes: No requerido.
