    IRC SENIOR MEDIA RELATIONS COORDINATOR
    En Eni estamos buscando un/a Coordinador/a de Relaciones con los Medios Senior dentro de Plenitude en Madrid, Espana.

    Seras responsable del desarrollo del relato de marca a traves de una hoja de ruta de marketing B2B que integre relaciones institucionales, planes editoriales para medios clasicos y sociales, eventos del sector.

    Como miembro del departamento comercial de Plenitude seras responsable de:


    • Relaciones con los medios y gabinete de prensa: elaboracion de notas de prensa, dossieres, comunicados y notas de prensa.
    • Elaboracion de un plan estrategico de comunicacion y medios para Espana y Francia.
    • Desarrollo de iniciativas para promover el crecimiento de Plenitude Renewables en los mercados espanol y frances.
    • Gestion de socios externos y partes interesadas internas (Plenitude Renewables e Iberia, Francia, Plenitude Headquarter Italia).
    • Apoyar en la organizacion de eventos, demostrando solidos conocimientos de produccion de materiales fisicos o audiovisuales, coordinando equipos externos (agencias) e internos.
    • Colaborar con el responsable de la funcion en la redaccion de informes y presentaciones para la direccion y las partes interesadas internas.
    Esta es la oportunidad para ti si tienes estas aptitudes y requisitos :


    • Amplia experiencia
    • Estudios en marketing y comunicacion o relaciones publicas
    • Experiencia consolidada en gestion de relaciones institucionales a nivel nacional y local (concretamente en Espana) y planes de comunicacion con prensa especializada.
    • Experiencia o exposicion a (colaboracion en) actividades de asuntos publicos
    • Se valorara experiencia en grandes empresas energeticas, asi como en agencias de RRPP y gabinetes de prensa con trayectoria B2B en el sector.
    • Capacidad para gestionar proyectos multidisciplinares, y equilibrio en situaciones especialmente estresantes.

    Perfil multilingue:
    espanol nativo, ingles imprescindible. Se valoraran conocimientos de frances (B2 o superior).

    IRC SENIOR MEDIA RELATIONS COORDINATOR
    At Eni, we are looking for a Senior Media Relations Coordinator within Plenitude Iberia in Madrid, Spain.

    You will be responsible for supporting the Plenitude Renewables team in the Madrid office that is recently experiencing a dramatic growth, you will be reporting directly to the Communication & Media Manager.

    Plenitude is a benefit energy company that integrates the retail business and renewable generation together with self-consumption and electric mobility solutions, providing power and gas to more than 10 million homes and companies throughout Europe.

    Plenitude purpose is based on the integration of renewables business with the retail one, allowing us to progressively increase our service offering, infrastructure, and green energy for our clients, providing to all the employees a significative perspective in the energy transition path as well as a professional growth path.

    As a member of the Communication Media department at Plenitude Iberia you will be responsible for :


    • Setting up of a strategic communication and media plan (organic and paid) for Spain and France
    • Developing of initiatives to facilitate the achievement of business objectives (i.e. marketing roadmap, editorial plan, events plan)
    • Internal coordination with the stakeholders of Plenitude Renewables Iberia, France and
    • Plenitude Headquarter of Italy
    • Media relations and press office: production of press releases, dossiers, press clippings etc.
    • Ideate digital products, edit and maintain digital content, by (i.e.) controlling and managing the renewable website or other media such as blogs and social networks with fluency and full digital literacy.
    • Managing events and provide support in their organization, demonstrating solid knowledge of the production of physical materials, coordinating external teams (agencies) and internal teams.
    • Writing reports and presentations for management and internal stakeholders with a results driven mindset
    This is the opportunity for you if you have these skills and requirements :


    • Studies in Marketing and communication/ Advertising and public relations
    • Long experience in the field

    Digital first approach:
    multidisciplinary profile with fluency in digital media and data driven mindset.

    Multi language profile:
    Native Spanish, English as a must. Knowledge of French (B2 or higher) is appreciated.


    • Experience in large energy companies, marketing, and communication agencies with a B2B track record in the sector.
    • Experience in event management
