- Liderar todas las actividades de marketing, incluyendo marketing digital, SEM, marketing de influencia, redes sociales, publicidad, relaciones públicas y eventos.
- Establecer y supervisar KPIs de marketing, informando regularmente al equipo ejecutivo sobre el rendimiento y los ajustes estratégicos necesarios.
- Generar una planificación de campañas junto al equipo, con estrategias "one shot" y automatizaciones en un funnel de ventas bien organizado.
- Gestionar el presupuesto de marketing, optimizando la asignación de recursos a través de los canales para maximizar el retorno sobre la inversión a corto, medio y largo plazo.
- Entender a la perfección la lógica y variables que afectan a la estrategia de marketing, mercados, campañas, canales, inversión (entre otros) y comprensión profunda de su interrelación.
- Analizar tendencias de mercado, insights del consumidor y métricas de rendimiento para tomar decisiones estratégicas y tácticas.
- Colaborar estrechamente con los equipos de ventas, producto y tecnología para garantizar un enfoque cohesivo y orientado al cliente en todas las iniciativas de marketing.
- Ser parte activa de la definición de la estrategia de Freshly y establecer los objetivos alineados a esta.
- Liderar equipo, motivando y manteniendo viva la cultura de Freshly en el desarrollo profesional del Freshly Team, y asegurando una gestión de equipo acorde a nuestros valores y estándares.
- Fuerte entendimiento de las plataformas de marketing digital y analítica.
- Excelentes habilidades de liderazgo, comunicación y colaboración.
- Capacidad para trabajar en un entorno de ritmo rápido y adaptarse rápidamente a los cambios en el mercado.
- Experiencia en el desarrollo e implementación de estrategias de marketing omnicanal exitosas.
- Creatividad e innovación en el enfoque de marketing y resolución de problemas.
- Profundo conocimiento del mercado y capacidad para identificar nuevas oportunidades.
