Requirements:

- Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related field preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced, deadlinedriven environment.
- Proficiency in Spanish and English is essential; fluency in a third language is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team.
- High level of organization and attention to detail.
- Enthusiasm for learning and a proactive approach to personal and professional development.
