We are looking for our next talent in our Sales & Client Management team, our new Pricing Consultant.


Working in the Sales and Client Management team, within the Pricing and Sales Operations area, you will support world-wide management and the sales force to sell better by providing tools, training, and market insights.


The position will be hybrid-based in IDIADA's main offices in Santa Oliva, Tarragona (Spain) involving business trips when required to visit IDIADA's Clients and Business Units abroad.


Responsibilities:


  • Support management team in the definition of pricing policies.
  • Define the methodology and required tools to ensure the pricing policies and pricing process are followed.
  • Collaborate in the definition of the pricing strategy of new products and services.
  • Propose improvements of the current pricing and sales process and support in the implementation.
  • Ensure the quality in the sales process.
  • Provide insight information (i.e. sales reporting, product analysis, competitors monitoring) to further understand the markets and clients.
  • Support key business opportunities in terms of followup, preparation, and negotiation.
  • Support the training of the company's personnel regarding pricing, margin and value generation and communication.

  • Collaborate and sometimes coordinate the followup of relevant business opportunities.
  • Develop, maintain, and improve CRM (Salesforce)

Qualifications
Profile

Some of the following professional experience would be an asset:

  • Professional experience in a similar position within the automotive industry.
  • Professional experience in sales or purchasing departments of companies providing B2B high valueadded services.
  • Professional experience in defining Marketing plans for B2B high valueadded services.
  • Experience managing clients or developing business for B2B high valueadded services.
  • Knowledge of the vehicle development process and the ability to technically understand the service requests of our clients.
Education

  • Mechanical engineering studies is our preference.
  • Bachelor's degree in related majors (Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or similar) or equivalent demonstrated training/experience.

Additional Information

  • Fluent English.
  • Advanced level in any other foreign language is an asset.
