About you and this role


We are looking for you, a creative bachelor's/ master's student (M/F), to support our HR Talent Acquisition team by doing an internship project in Digital Marketing and Communications for our location in Terneuzen, Netherlands.


The department that will welcome you is Talent Acquisition; A great team of people responsible for end-to-end recruitment activities, including Talent Marketing and Early Careers.

Our international team is operating from a centralized location in the south part of The Netherlands, and is providing services for the Europe, Middle East, Africa, and India region (EMEAI).

Our purpose is to attract the best talents for our organization to enable business success.


As part of this internship project, you will be responsible for developing and proposing impactful Talent marketing content that can be used for branding purposes by our Talent Acquisition Discipline.

You will help us in developing a Talent Marketing Strategy for diverse countries in our Region that Dow can implement to increase the effectiveness of branding on the various social media platforms among different target groups within our region.


Responsibilities:


  • You will be analyzing and describing country specific Talent Marketing needs and will be proposing a set of recommendations on how the increase the success. Together with your colleagues you will be developing Talent Marketing content suggestions to enable an increased brand awareness in the next 13 years.
  • You will be closely collaborating with the Talent Marketing team, and you'll get to partner with multiple stakeholders inside and outside of the HR organization. Plus, you will get the opportunity to learn more about our current HR tools, our Recruitment and posting platforms and the diverse Company Social Media channels.

Qualifications:


  • You are currently studying for a Communications Bachelor's/ master's degree or equivalent in Digital Marketing or Graphic design.
  • You have a good working knowledge of English.
  • You are keen on identifying and driving opportunities for (future) improvements.
  • You are creative and you are good in convincing your stakeholders.
  • You are handson, eager to learn and a good listener.
  • You can communicate effectively in a multicultural environment.
  • You are organized and proactive and you are having a commercial mindset.
  • You have advanced Microsoft office skills (MS Teams, Excel, and Word).
  • You are proficient in the usage of InDesign, Canva and/ or Photoshop.
  • You collaborate well in a team well as independent.
  • You are able to start between September and October 2023 for a period of 56 months (exact timing to be discussed).
Preferred Skills

  • Other technical digital design skills are nice to have.
  • Video editing skills are nice to have.
