Actualmente, estamos buscando Online Distribution Manager para incorporarse al equipo dentro del departamento comercial, con sede en Madrid.

¿Cómo será tu día a día en room00?
Tu objetivo será controlar y gestionar la estrategia de distribución online comercial de la cadena, impulsando al máximo su optimización y rentabilidad, y reportando de manera directa a la Dirección Comercial.
Tus principales responsabilidades dentro de la empresa serán:
- Aplicar y desarrollar la estrategia comercial y de distribución online definida por la dirección comercial y la dirección general.
- Optimización de los canales de venta.
- Búsqueda de nuevos canales para conectar teniendo en cuenta las necesidades de cada hotel.
- Mantenimiento y mejora de las extranets de OTAs, y del resto de players.
- Actualización mensual de los ficheros de informes de segmentación, y comprobación de su exactitud.
- Controlar el contenido para una correcta distribución tanto en canal propio cómo resto de OTA-s y cuentas online.
- Seguimiento de posicionamiento y paridad deseados entre los diferentes canales de distribución.
- Dar seguimiento a la penetración de mercado de cada establecimiento de manera diaria, así como de otros ratios relevantes.
- Priorizar las ventas a través del canal directo sobre terceros especialmente en momentos de alta demanda.

Buscamos un perfil como el tuyo, con:
Estudios: Titulación en Turismo, ADE, Económicas o similar.
Experiencia previa como mínimo de 2 años en el área de distribución de un hotel o cadena hotelera.
Conocimiento de herramientas de revenue (Lighthouse), gestión de OTAs, channel manager.
Valorable conocimiento de Power BI y PMS Prestige.
Idiomas: nivel profesional de inglés.
Nivel avanzado paquete office, especialmente Excel.
