We're looking for a
Product Owner one per position (Pricing & hedging, FIX & API, Price & Distribution, Portafolio & Risk Management and Sales & Distribution)

Requirements:

• Experience in Markets & Financial environments (+8 years).
• Working in product management / ownership ( +3 years)
• Experience in Jira ,Confluence, Scrum Framework
• Knowledge and experience of technologies used in software product development
• Experience in data driven decision making & capacity to define metrics & KPIs
• International project / product experience
• Oriented towards commercial products, distribution channels, front office platforms and/or selling activities.
• Capacity own a product roadmap and run a product backlog, as well as prioritizing and communicating.
• Experience in dealing with senior management and stakeholders(internal or external customers)
• Team management experience, Change management experience, capacity to communicate efficiently and to engage into product implementation in Production.
• Availability to travel (Europe)
• Ability to work under a hybrid model: approx. 20% in officebased collaborative environments
• Language: High level of English + Spanish desirable

• Familiarity with Risk management tools (Murex)
• Background or familiarity with Trading roles (Risk management, booking, market risk, downstream integration )
• Background or familiarity with regulatory reporting

• Familiarity with Sales tools
• Customer experience
