    Business Developer BtoB Télécom H/F pour son client PARITEL.

    C'est dans un contexte de forte croissance que nous recrutons un(e) Business Developer BtoB , afin de prospecter, développer et pérenniser les clients sur PAUet ses environs.

    Avec l'appui de votre manager, vous devrez atteindre les objectifs fixés par l'entreprise, en développant le CA de votre secteur en réalisant les missions suivantes :

    Assurer la fidélisation de votre portefeuille clients TPE/PME (20%) au travers des actions de cross-sellig et Up selling.

    Identifier vos clients potentiels pour développer le business de votre secteur, en lien avec la stratégie de conquête commerciale de votre manager.

    Mettre en œuvre la prospection commerciale : prise de contact (physique, téléphonique...) et suivi des prospects (80%).

    Conseiller vos clients et prospects sur les solutions et offres techniquement réalisables et adaptables à leurs besoins et au contexte de leur entreprise.

    Présenter votre offre commerciale, négocier avec vos clients et signer les contrats de vente.

    Tenir un discours commercial et conforme à la politique commerciale en vigeur au sein de la société et respecter strictement les directives et conditions de ventes (gamme de matériel, tarifs, remises, contrat opérateur...) dans l'objectif dela satisfaction de vos clients.

    Effectuer le Reporting d'activité auprès de son manager.

    Compléter et mettre à jour le CRM en saisissant l'ensemble des renseignements émanant du terrain et les actions menées sur les comptes clients ou prospects

    Vous évoluerez dans un contexte agile au cœur d'un environnement technique riche et complexe.

    Venez développer votre talent

    De formation commerciale, vous bénéficiez d'une première expérience réussie d'au moins 3 ans dans la vente en BtoB ou BtoC ;

    La connaissance des secteurs des télécommunications, de la bureautique ou de l'IT, n'est pas impérative mais peut constituer un plus.

    Vous avez un esprit de conquête commerciale que vous souhaitez développer dans un univers technologique complexe, au sein d'une équipe dynamique et ambitieuse.
