Job Description:
Roibos is seeking a Junior Business Development Manager to spearhead the development of new markets. The role will be instrumental in supporting the sales team.
Responsibilities:
Actively engaging in client acquisition by identifying and pursuing new potential clients through proactive hunting strategies
Client management:
building strong commercial and personal relationships across all partner levels, negotiating commercial/financial terms, and securing new business opportunities to meet team sales targets.
Support on the onboarding of new clients from acquisition to implementation phase. Managing the onboarding pipeline to meet established deadlines.Organizing kick-off calls and training sessions for new clients.
Tracking marketing activities with clients, trade shows, and preparing sales reports.
Requirements:
Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Ambitious, self-motivated, and goal-oriented work style.
Ability to travel regularly on duty trips.
Capability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Results-oriented with proactive problem-solving skills.
