ABOUT THE JOB


Working together with a Senior CRM Manager in a Centre of Excellence team, you will be responsible for developing automated marketing campaigns to customers across different marketing channels and in different European markets.

Each team have a focus on one of the following areas:
base management, holiday inspiration, pre-departure, travel and trip, and post-holiday retention. This role is focussed on travel and trip
You will help develop the overall customer contact plan that is based on customer insights, recognises the drivers of value in our business, and allows for essential variations by market and product
You will identify and develop automated campaigns to drive awareness and uptake of tours and experiences for TUI customers

Define briefs for the campaigns and journeys to be developed, engaging with key stakeholders to obtain their input and priorities to inform your thinking and plans.

Key stakeholder groups include TUI Group, Source Market CRM teams, TUI Musement Sales and Marketing teams, Product, Content, Analytics)
Work with designers and a CRM Automation Specialist to build, manage and execute campaigns end-to-end, ensuring all communications have engaging, dynamic and effective content, and that the customer experience is frictionless
Interrogate performance reports and analysis to understand the key drivers of campaign performance, developing plans and A/B tests to optimise campaigns to improve results


ABOUT YOU
Significant experience of developing multi-channel and automated CRM programmes, ideally in a multi-brand or international environment
Significant experience of working in a CRM role, ideally in a medium to large organisation
Strategic thinker with ability to articulate complex concepts concisely
Highly commercial, with ability to define, identify and prioritise high value initiatives. Ability to create robust campaign plans to deliver growth
Proactive and self-driven, you'll be confident working independently, but have strong team ethics
Powerful communicator with excellent presentation skills and ability to clearly articulate ideas
Capability to deal with ambiguity, uncertainty and to aggregate complex items
Fluent in English; ability in other languages especially Italian/Spanish would be beneficial but by no means essential
Comfortable working in a large pan European business, where occasional international travel will be required
Educated to a degree standard, ideally in a marketing or business discipline
