Joining the TUI Musement Product Department - and in particular the Customer Experience Domain - as Consumer Insights & VoC Manager you will join a team and lead colleagues who have customer and consumer centricity as its main objective.

You'll work with leading Consumer Insights and VoC technology and partners and influence the development of different product lines and services.

We have the ambition to support TUI Musement through bringing the voice of the customer, the consumer as well as profound knowledge about consumer and market trends into our business - a continuous business development, process optimisation and more personalised digital service delivery.


ABOUT THE JOB

  • As Consumer Insights & VoC Manager you will be accountable for capturing and analysing the voice of customers and consumers in a modern and digital way. You'll continuously monitor consumer and travel trends and communicate them within TUI Musement. Through that, you'll contribute to the development of a consumer and travel trendoriented strategy framework.
  • You will manage a team of data, consumer, and customer experts which in turn will help expand TUI Musement customer understanding and customercentric decisionmaking.
  • As Consumer Insights & VoC Manager you need to be able to transform business questions, needs and hypotheses into a research design to be able to empower the TUI Musement to close current gaps and to develop products and services that will best fulfil consumer needs.
  • You'll monitor the voice of our guests through Qualtrics, our Customer Experience Measurement partner. You'll create and manage surveys and dashboards to understand the pain points and pleasure peaks throughout the customer journey and support TUI Musement in focusing on our guests' needs.
  • You'll support the success of TUI Musement through managing different research projects, focusing on TUI customers and travellers in general, consumer needs and interests, trends in the area of (digital) service as well as in the travel industry. You'll be choosing the most suitable method to deliver highquality and insightful results to help drive our business and customer centricity within it.
  • You'll be responsible for managing the TUI Musement Insights lab an insights library available for everyone in TUI Musement. You'll constantly interact with stakeholders, share interesting desk research and own research results.

ABOUT YOU

  • A culturally intelligent, exceptional leader and team player with international capability. Selfresponsibility and a high level of engagement is also needed.
  • Strong experience in customer and competitor analysis, market and customer/consumer research, strategic insights or business analytics.
  • Focus on high quality delivery with the will to challenge oneself.
  • Analytic and critical thinking skills and a commitment to improving quality and customer experience.
  • A talented professional who wants to learn, grow and drive their career whilst spreading smiles across the globe.
  • Good knowledge of Excel (Pivot tables, vLookup, Filtering), as well as Business intelligence tools, is highly valuable.
  • Good knowledge of statistics and mathematical modelling is highly valued.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written, in English.
