  • The Juniper Sales Director Mena reports to the Sales Team Manager. He/she is responsible for the direction and management of sales and business development operations, including market competitiveness, distribution and channel strategy in the Europe Region. This position includes responsibility for business development. He/She, with his Team Manger, will drive the company's achievement of its customer acquisition and revenue goals within the Region.

Responsibilities

  • Be a role model for the company culture and values.
  • Drive the development of sales strategies within the Mena Region.
  • Work closely with the Team Manager to develop and establish sales strategies and programs as well as lead programs.
  • Define the universe per region, establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for his Region; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
  • Manage overall sales process, providing data to allow metrics for sales funnel management.
  • Follow pricing policies, including volume discounts and terms according to costs.
  • Maintain key customer relationships and develop and implement strategies for expanding the company's customer base.
  • Work closely with the Team Manager to enter new markets and opportunities in business.

Requisitos:


  • Experience in the travel industry.
  • Ability to plan and manage at both the strategic and operational levels.
  • Established contacts and relationships with potential customers.
  • Outstanding consultative selling abilities and excellent interpersonal skills with executive level customers and partners.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and staff to create a results driven, team oriented environment.
  • Experience with sales methodology, sales funnel management.
  • Capacity to assume more significant executive responsibilities over time.
  • English language bilingual.
  • Flexibility for traveling and work outside of normal hours.
